Andrea was appointed as the administrator of her sister Kathleen’s estate. When arriving from Maine, she discovered her sister had a hoarding disorder. • Hire a clean out company

• Order a roll off dumpster

• Separate the useable items from items to be discarded

• Remove carpet and pad

• Hire a cleaning company to broom the ceilings, floors, and countertops

• Input the property to the MLS for cash, as-is offers

• Notify our investor list with the property information

Within one week we had multiple offers and negotiated the best price with the highest net proceeds for the estate. Andrea was relieved and grateful that she had such an experienced team to help her with this extremely difficult situation.
